A Work Out An 11 Year Old Can Do

ree

Physical activity plays a significant role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, regardless of the specific exercise regimen. It is common for individuals to seek out the most competitive or optimal workout routines, but the truth is that simply engaging in regular physical activity can yield significant benefits. In order to provide a practical example for many individuals, I have outlined a workout routine performed by my 11-year-old son, which effectively promotes bodily movement. Since my son is still in his childhood stage, he serves as a suitable starting point or reference for many individuals. The workout routine comprises the following exercises:

  • 200 repetitions of jumping jacks

  • 40 repetitions of push-ups

  • 200 repetitions of air squats

  • 200 repetitions of burpees

  • 4 planks, each held for 20 seconds

  • 100 repetitions of jumping jacks
